🧡 Another busy week at the UTurn Hub! This week young people took part in: 💪 Health in a Hurry fitness 🥦 Learning about healthy choices 🎯 Youth club games and challenges 🐘 And a visit from UGO Creating a safe space where young people can build confidence and have fun.

📚 A lovely evening at book club at the UTurn Hub. This month we discussed The Lamplighters by Emma Stonex, shared plenty of theories, and welcomed some new members. Next read: Run Away by Harlan Coben. All proceeds from book club support young people in Tendring through UTurn

🥦 Guess What’s in the Box? Young people had to identify foods by touch and decide if they were healthy or unhealthy. A fun challenge that sparked great conversations about nutrition and healthy choices. Would you have guessed broccoli or ginger first? 🫚🥦 #UTurn4Support

Young people took part in an exercise session followed by a healthy eating activity, trying a range of fruits and vegetables and sharing their thoughts. We played Guess the Fruit A–Z and ran Lego team-building activities, encouraging teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
