The argument is not that two gay men getting "married" directly affects my marriage. The argument is that it's not even possible, erodes the sanctity of marriage, and it normalizes/incentivizes perversion. The undermining of traditional values creates moral instability, which damages social trust and leads to further degradation. The more degraded your society becomes, the more unstable. Eventually if there's no correction you'll get chaos, then collapse. And then there won't be any marriage whatsoever.

Realistically it harms birth rates, a marriage between 2 men will never be inherently fruitful. They can’t have children together and can never truly invest in the future of society through children, in my opinion, this causes a dysfunctional view of society, in which the ultimate goal is pleasure and not sacrifice for a greater bringing of goodness.
