America isn't waiting for narcos to get on boats anymore apparently. Our government is just killing them on the ground where they are 💥 "Earlier this week, the DeptofWar — in full collaboration with Venezuelan security forces — conducted a kinetic strike on a Tren de Aragua (TdA) compound in Venezuela. TdA founder & leader Hector Rusthenford Guerrero Flores, aka “Niño Guerrero,” was confirmed killed during the strike. The operation underscores the shared U.S. and Venezuelan commitment to take the fight to narco-terrorists and deny them any safe haven in our hemisphere. We will continue to work closely with security partners, like Venezuela — and counties in the Americas Counter Cartel Coalition (A3C) partners — to take the fight to our enemies." -SECWAR Plan accordingly... #war #NiñoGuerrero #venezuela #bombing #narcos

Ask yourself, why does the left vilify successful people as the enemy? Why do elitist politicians like Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, and Ro Khanna, who are all multimillionaires by the way (Ro is actually worth over $200 million), get angry that an immigrant and an African-American has achieved such success? Why do they claim that Elon being the richest man in the world is somehow wrong or an injustice, like wealth is a zero sum game and he must take from others to have. Well, I’ll tell you why: because they are communists. Communists want the wealth and power to themselves, exclusive to the state and those in power. Powerful private individuals are a problem to them and to the world they are trying to build. They want bread lines with no bread. They want everyone to have little while they have a lot. Stalin never lived in destitution while ruling. Mussolini didn’t give up his wealth and inequality to rule. Mao didn’t go hungry while millions in his country perished from starvation. America is a place that anyone, regardless of their history, race, nationality, or religion, can be successful if they are smart, determined, and work hard. You can do it too. You can build whatever you want. You can earn as much as you want. You just have to be willing to work for it. Don’t fall for the victimhood trap that the left levies against successful people. Success is to be praised and emulated, not denounced and vilified.

@RpsAgainstTrump In a functioning meritocracy, qualifications get you the job. In Trump's world, loyalty seems to matter a lot more. @Grok Why do so many critics believe Pete Hegseth was selected for a role he wasn't qualified for? 🤔

AI will obviously be nationalized at some point. Tech people are delusional. On the one hand you’ve got a guy who thinks the govt will let him write his own laws for Mars, on the other you’ve got guys who think the govt will let them write their own laws for the machine demons.

@infantrydort @codym1917 @jockowillink I really hate how unhateable Jocko is. I’ve come to expect all of the GWOT operator dudes turned businessmen are inwardly major grifters. But Jocko—even shilling his jeans and his preworkout—is the realest of dudes. And a monster.

I’ve never watched to a @jockowillink podcast before. So I dove into his episode 192 recently. He started off going into this powerful monologue. Spitting absolutely warrior poet fire. Frankly I was taken aback. I mean this was POWERFUL stuff. Then he says one line that hit me hardest: “Eventually you and the men by your side have lived lifetimes worth of life in a matter of months. And those men, the ones that survive, become your brothers. And the ones that don’t survive, become your heroes.” After reading a little more from the paper he was looking at, he reveals those are the words of Sean Parnell @SeanParnellASW from the book ‘Outlaw Platoon’. Absolutely epic warrior prose. And given the current environment where we are arguing over how to remember the GWOT, it hits harder than ever. The ones that didn’t survive became our heroes. We would do well to remember that and act accordingly. All we ask from our countrymen is to be Americans worth giving the last full measure of devotion for. So that if there is no choice for us but to charge into the abyss, we do so knowing it isn’t all in vain. And that we do it for more than because the law tells us to. The law can compel obedience. Only love of country compels righteous sacrifice.
Jocko Willink@jockowillink

The is no doubt. @SeanParnellASW and his troops upheld the highest traditions of the United States Army. Hear the story: Podcast 192

Musk is worth more than South Africa’s GDP. @BernieSanders and I proposed a 5% tax on people like him. In one year, it could fund: - free public college & trade school -$10/day childcare - Special-needs education nationwide Wealth inequality is the moral failure of our time.

Those who celebrate @elonmusk's $1 trillion fortune need to be reminded of a simple and vital truth: That there is a fundamental tension between extreme wealth and the very possibility of democracy.

@SamBrownUSA Rod Rodriguez is the poster boy they’re trotting out to justify this shitty design. I hope Rod gets paid a ton and they’re forced to change the design to something more dignified.

Fellow GWOT Veterans- I understand we all have strong feelings about the design concept of the GWOT Memorial. But remember who’s behind it: Rod Rodríguez, a 21-year Green Beret with 10 deployments from a multi-generational military family. His grandfathers served in WWII, father in Vietnam, his wife served 21 years with 6 deployments, and his son deployed to the same parts of Afghanistan he did. He was medically retired from his own combat injuries. Design co-chair Jennifer Ballou is a retired Army Master Sergeant, GWOT vet, and Gold Star spouse. While she was deployed in Afghanistan, her husband SSG Edwardo Loredo was killed by an IED just before his 35th birthday. Not only have they both sacrificed more than most in service to country, they’ve gathered feedback from over 20,000 GWOT veterans and families. This memorial is about honoring our fallen. Our collective personal preferences will never have 100% agreement, so we should resist trying to publicly destroy a concept that some will love, others dislike but regardless many Americans will see as a sacred place to honor those we loved who served and sacrificed their very lives. Use the GWOT Memorial Foundation survey for constructive input. Leaders and those with influence should request private conversations and avoid public attacks that could prejudice so many others. At the end of this process, our GWOT fallen deserve a memorial in a place of honor at the heart of DC. Whether it is this proposed design concept or one born out of feedback gathered now, let’s keep our focus on the mission of honoring those who gave their lives for us and the country they loved. 🇺🇸
