ICE are given reports and people of interest that committed rape, assault and felonies by the court or should have unless liberals / judges attempt to keep those illegals with a criminal history in our society to commit more crimes. This has been happening for decades...only now after the illegal import of 30 million in 4 years when it has become a hot topic from stopping their voter base, money laundering fraud and exploiting of programs for US citizens has ICE now become an issue. Stopping ICE is dumb and anyone that wants to do that should open their front door all night for anyone to enter and not expect others to have them enter their home.

@UncivilLaw A state can pass a law that allows anyone whose constitutional rights are violated sue the responsible offical in that state's court. And you could then sue Federal officials. The cases would not go well, but the cause of action would be permissible.

I am pretty sure that a state cannot pass a law that creates a cause of action to sue a federal law enforcement officer
