This woman moved into this beautiful apartment. She was grateful at how nice it was and the rent was actually very reasonable. Shortly after she moved in, she began to see why it was so cheap. The last tenant moved out because of a neighbor who named on the ceiling at all hours of the day as if they were on a timer. How would you handle a noisy neighbor like this, would you get petty and be noisier or just document and report to the management?

Montebello Police Officer Strikes Pedestrian While a Montebello officer was responding to a DUI call, a pedestrian jaywalked into his path, sending the pedestrian airborne.
