@CocaCola_GB why is a 500ml bottle of Coke, Fanta, Sprite more expensive than 1.25ltr? In some outlets it’s even cheaper for a 2ltr than 500ml ? It’s a smaller bottle (less product), smaller amount of packaging and yet somehow it’s more expensive!? Are we paying for convenience?

@MrFreezePops might be helpful to label sugar free ones vs non sugar free so once they are out the box we can actually tell the difference. Multiple people in the house with different dietary requirements and no individual labelling, not good!!

Not the response you want from a seller who advertises genuine products and then says they have their own factory. Absolutely impossible to contact @OnBuy to cancel order.

@TheO2 over an hour trying to call car parking services then get cut off, nearly another hour and still no answer. Communication company that don’t wanna communicate. What year we living in where call times are over an hour? 🙈

@O2 amazing a phone company doesn’t know how to answer the phone, 8 attempts to call customer services and on hold for over 2 hours on every attempt. Absolute joke in this day and age!!

For clarity I then called shoplive again and spoke to Ethan, very nice guy, but unfortunately he says Hills is on the exclusion list but not for same reason as James, he says it’s excluded from price match because they don’t give a delivery date prior to checkout. 😔4/4

@currysservices most misleading statement I have seen from any company. There is an exclusion list containing almost every UK retailer, 100’s of stores all excluded for reasons not stipulated in T&C’s. This list is not available on the website or even stated on promotional page.

He said he can’t do anything and put me through to online sales. This lady Nasita says I can purchase the TV at full price and she will honour the price match as she checked her list and Hills isn’t on there as an exclusion. Very strange?? 3/4

Your first colleague James says you are unable to price match as the website address doesn’t match the one on companies house. This is completely untrue as it does if you dig a little deeper than the first page the address matches with the person of significant control. 2/4

Your service gets worse. I have just had two shoplive calls with Curry’s to discuss price matching, I have recorded these conversations for my own sanity and proof you make it up as you go along to get out of price matching. 1/4

I seriously suggest there is some retraining at the Medway store for the staff and how they treat other members of staff and the customers. Worst I’ve ever encountered, left feeling like I was in the wrong which is clearly not the case.

Reason for exclusion on Curry’s hidden list “delivery date not given at point of sale” please show me where it’s stated within your T&C’s for this price match campaign that this is a valid reason for exclusion?

Found this out the hard way after travelling to Medway store, staff rude when trying to discuss the subject and how misleading this campaign is. Staff tearing into other members of staff on shop floor in front of customers, talking to them like piece of muck on his shoes.

Can you see anywhere that a humungous exclusion list exists? “We’ll match against any other UK store or website price” no you won’t, a completely false statement. I’m sure legally list of exclusions have to be provided within T&C’s or they are not valid.
