Förklara för mig som om jag vore 5 varför en falafel rulle kan kosta 25kr i Malmö/Lund medan det inte går att hitta under 100kr i Stockholm 💸

@ekonomigurun_ Det är något lurt i det området. Generellt har ändå priserna ökat rejält. Där jag bodde i Malmö har priserna nästan dubblats på 5-10 år och då är det inte ett så fancy område

If you don't understand the data MOAT behind $ZETA then you will never truly have conviction in the company.

@TheRonnieVShow I get that a lot of SaaS-stocks selloff with the AI advances. But not sure why Zeta should recover? Seeing Athena I got even more worried that this is a very replicable product. Don’t see their moat in the longrun, but I have probably missed something(s)

$ZETA My favorite long-term opportunity right now. Getting caught up in the SaaS-Geddon selloff. Which is creating opportunity. Support and possible double bottom at $14-15. IF we lose that then I'll be looking at diagonal support around 13-ish. Next "Bull Trigger" will be legendary...WATCH!

YTD returns crossed over 500% today. Despite significant macro sell off due to Iran war. And with no margin. Pretty sure I'm outperforming people that charge $5k+ per year for research and technical signals? Some of the big YTD drivers: > AI supply chain bottlenecks make up the bulk e.g. $LITE, $COHR, $AAOI, $AXTI, $TSEM, $IQE, $SOI, $AEHR > $SNDK and Samsung; with rocketing memory prices/supply constraints > Other random momentum trades like $SATL, $SIDU; front running the SpaceX IPO I plan on sharing more of my thought process going forwards like I have this week with some Taiwanese/Space stocks.
