@SavagePlanetHub its not just the name of the bundle, the game name inside the bundle doesn't contain any indication that its the "deluxe", or "cosmic hoarder edition". Lots of people will get caught out by this. but thanks for the clarification.

When you buy a @molekuleair and they give EXTRA 1 year free filter sub (they claim worth $129) its a #scam! After charging me $65, support says the filters already inc. with the air (that you pay for in the air price) were part of the $129. Dispute on Credit Card?

@Hyper sent me someone else’s order (w/ their personal info too). No reply from support to fix it. Simply crap!

@WilliamsSonoma phoned customer srvc# + I got told "I can't find your order". Card has pending charge, + I have order# you sent! Useless!

Never use @WilliamsSonoma ! Web order, their system lost order between emailing me and dispatch...how?!? Will be pending credit for 14 days!

29 days without phone or infinity this year. @BTCare only offered £10 compensation. They find running a service 11/12 months acceptable.

Day 9 of no phone coz an engineer has disconnected it… TWICE! +18 days earlier in the year. No hint of compensation. @BTcare you SUCK!
