@WoolrichInc I returned three items in mid March. You emailed me on 23 Mar confirming receipt and promised a refund. I paid by @Klarna. You haven't refunded me the 1st payment and today made an unathorised £356 deduction for the 2nd. That's theft. PLEASE URGENTLY RESPOND

@WoolrichInc I have been in Touch with your customer service and it was a total disaster. This was my dream coat that has bearly seen 3 seasons. Fabric is not fit for purpose as holes spear everywhere on the seams and edges and this is still the fabric used in your current coats.

@WoolrichInc I am so disappointed that a coat I purchased during covid (not much wear that year) has now got holes in the fabric. This coat still retails on the website for over £1k And you won’t even give me a discount towards a replacement as it’s over 2yrs.should last lifetime

@dhlexpressuk @WoolrichInc Hi @WoolrichInc, I don't think @dhlexpressuk's svc is acceptable. I stay home, no one comes, they claim they do. DHL asks me to DM which goes into a black hole to remove my tweets from here. Still no resolution although I reported this shortly after "attempted" delivery.
