#Scoary2 is the first tool to enable the study of large phenotypic datasets (e.g., mass spectrometry) using mGWAS. This is made possible by its data exploration app which can be linked to e.g. #OpenGenomeBrowser, enabling fast, holistic and user-friendly data analysis!

@LoreAment @Jente_O I'm the author of OpenGenomeBrowser. Actually, it can also be ℎ𝑜𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑑 on MacOS, I just do not provide support for it because I'm not a Mac user. It should not be that hard if you know docker. (Of course, it can be 𝑢𝑠𝑒𝑑 on any OS with a browser, even smartphones.)
