Wait… that’s $40k less than they paid last year. Crickets. 🦗 Three months of crickets. Finally sells… for an 8% loss. Bonus twist: it sold for $5k less than the original asking price—the price they would have paid if they hadn’t gone over asking. All that work, all that effort… ends up $60k+ down, plus renovation costs and fees. Canada housing bubble, a nightmare for some. 💀
