@RogersHelps I doubt it’ll ever get resolved with the lack of skills/training. Somebody at Rogers changed my account from my name to a different name. Who authorized this? And now to put it back into my own name, you guys are giving me a hard time? Really? What’s the issue? Fix the mistake!
