Suddenly it's:
"Is there a free alternative?"
"Can I get a crack?"
"Why isn't it open source?"
Then people wonder why great apps disappear, get abandoned, or get stuffed with ads and subscriptions.
The reality is simple:
Most users want premium software.
They just don't want to pay the people building it.

It appears that OpenAI has moved all Codex users to token-based billing using a "credits" system aligned with API pricing.
Some companies had receive a two-month-long introductory period and are now receiving a limited amount of pooled credits per user.

Quick reminder that close() on Linux does not guarantee the file descriptor is released. On other kernels it does. Retrying close() on EINTR double-closes the fd and could close a different file opened by another thread that reused the number in between.

We've changed the trigger word from "workflow" to "ultracode".
You can still say "use a workflow for this", but when you're clearly referring to something else, Claude won't kick off a dynamic workflow. For an explicit trigger, use "ultracode". We appreciate the feedback!
