Senate advanced the SAVE America Act to floor debate today via 51-48 vote. Remaining steps to President's desk: 1. Full Senate debate (marathon session underway). 2. Cloture vote to end debate/filibuster (needs 60 votes). 3. Final Senate passage (51-vote majority). If Senate version matches House-passed bill: straight to President. If amended: House concurrence or conference needed.
