No one wears one hat at @eightsleep. If you do good work, you get more responsibility and will be rewarded for it. When the team started using @DevinAI, it was the same. We didn’t treat it as an “AI tool.” We threw it into the arena with everyone else.

Fun statistic: in the last 11 months, the number of times @FedEx delivered a package on the day their own systems predicted was 0 out about 60. It's astounding that they try to predict a 2-4 hour time window when they can't manage to land anytime during that day.
