4 months ago I started lifting weights 3 days a week and taking Creatine I am UP 15 pounds As a cyclist it's kinda freaking me out, however I am stronger on the bike even though I am heavier. @sdamico Couldn’t you use the temperature sensor for a rice cooker mode? Once the heat exceeds 212 you know it’s done?

As it stands now, you can make jasmine rice in ~15 minutes, zero of which is heating up the water. We can also hold a continuous simmer down to about 50 watts, at ~1W increments. No other induction stove can do this.
