Playing in a cash game at bellagio, dealer suggests $20 (in a condescending tone) up front for the half hour instead of single tips. Dealing is one of the easiest jobs in the world. $40 in tips plus base pay (their actual pay) is insane. 16 year olds could do this job. Am I wrong?
