@CounterStrike all you have done is ban people for tapping a and d to quickly and the m_yaw users are still banned to this day. Glad to know your main focus is on people tapping to quickly instead of the blaring cheater problem or the thousands of people who were wrongfully banned for m_yaw.

Yesterday's update mistakenly triggered game bans. We've fixed the issue and ban rollbacks are in progress.

@CounterStrike please also look into the accounts banned for using the m_yaw command as alot of people were banned for using it.

AMD's latest driver has made their "Anti-Lag/+" feature available for CS2, which is implemented by detouring engine dll functions. If you are an AMD customer and play CS2, DO NOT ENABLE ANTI-LAG/+; any tampering with CS code will result in a VAC ban. Once AMD ships an update we can do the work of identifying affected users and reversing their ban. @AMD

For gamers with an AMD graphics card, the latest drivers appear to be causing False Positives or Vac Bans currently on Counter-Strike 2. ⚠️

@skippyfx @Steam @CounterStrike send a support request and we just have to wait, hopefully with enough people reporting false bans valve might catch on and do something @CounterStrike

Welp, I got VAC banned on CS2 for some reason... as a low-level 6k ranked noob, 10+ year old account. Best part is there's nobody I can talk to with a 0% chance of reversal unless it's automated? Fun stuff. @Steam @CounterStrike

@vaccoin To the people saying hes cheating, this has happened to others recently me included. Played the cs2 launch last night only about 3 games but had alot of fun and went to bed, woke up to find my account banned for no reason (the only software running is displayfusion) rip karambit.

CS2 Server and App just got a change list update.

@CounterStrike I'm banned next wednesday valve, because for some reason the enemy team can report you for greifing and I get a 14 day ban after top fragging a game on cs2.
