The Sikh community condemned this immediately. They made it clear he does not represent them and said they would deal with it within their community. The Sikh community should not be blamed for one man's actions. Neither should Muslims be blamed for the actions of grooming gangs. My question is simple. Where were the prominent Pakistani Muslim voices saying the same thing when the grooming gang scandals first broke? Or more importantly our weak government!

When anyone calls me “young lady” I immediately ask, “how old are you?” Then remind them there’s no need to call me “young” since we aren’t that far apart in age. Those expressions are used by boomers. Larry hated it when he was sick and people call him “young man” or “buddy.” Get rid of expressions like that.
