3 years later and SHUX is just as amazing as I remember. This is hands down the best board gaming event I've ever attended. Every member of the @SHUXshow team is amazing, and we're still at 100% friendly people experiences with attendees (over 3 years).

@Walgreens Is it normal to sit on hold for more than an hour to speak to someone at the pharmacy? I'm not sure the 3 people in front of me were even being helped (as opposed to giving up and hanging up). This is ridiculous!

@PNCBank_Help Your customer support folks can't (won't?) waive the fee and now I have to find a branch and potentially pay in order to close the account. Come on!

@PNCBank_Help This is a pretty terrible experience for acquired customers. You buy my account from BBVA (Simple), I transfer my money out, then you start charge me a maintenance fee. Now I can't close the account (negative balance) and you charge me an overdraft on top of that.
