@bumblebcrazy Call them directly and ask for a refund it happend to me yesterday on @UberEats and they gave me a refund of the whole order..hope this helps you

@Uber_Support Wow! I have just had an email from you threatening to cancel my account!!! This is because they think it's not true! I'm literally in tears! I took a video of yesterday's wrong order - the moment it arrived!! Each complaint has been made with photo / video evidence!!
