@amazon and @UPS : working together to send your package on a tour all over North America. 🙄 Left Dallas 11 days ago. Lost for 9 days somewhere between Dallas and Phoenix. Then to..yes…Ontario, CA (California). Now BACK to Dallas…maybe to Houston by next week.

@UPS shipped my family’s ceramic dinnerware, all but 1 item broke. 6 items arrived broken. They offered to send a check for the value, but then said they couldn’t deliver it due to the wrong address. Fixed the address, but no response back over a yr! @UPS please make it right.

Hey @UPS, I'm just curious. What will it take to get your people in Edgerton, KS to deliver packages to the correct door? I've asked nicely, but they keep delivering to the wrong door. I'm disabled and a fall risk. Getting to the door they deliver to is not (1/2)

@UPS why does it take 8 days to get from Arizona to Ohio and still cannot be delivered on time ?? Did you walk the package here ?? Seriously!!! I’m in logistics and have been doing it for more than 20 years and cannot imagine any reason to take that long regardless of the holiday except for incompetence.

After trying to speak with a supervisor, and then a manager, then ended the call saying someone would contact me within an hour. It's been five. So what I'm getting here is NEVER SHIP WITH @UPS
