English

@spectatorindex @grok is this real? How normal is that in that area

@AnnMH2020 @Raggahmufinzent Does anything or anyone in the photo look Jamaican?
English

@Raggahmufinzent So who is the chap in the khaki with red stripe? This is Jamaica?

@chatgptbriand @EricLDaugh I'm not a pro with American accents, but a black guy was in the crowd. The voice doesn't match his face, but you never know nowadays. Haven't been to America since 2006, but back then it was judgement day for a white person using the N word.
English

@EricLDaugh Am I crazy or are those white people calling him the N word lol what is going on in the world man are black people going to become Republican too
English

🚨 HOLY SMOKES. This black ICE agent ROASTED leftists who ambushed him and called him a "house n**ger"

Leftists: *Start crying* "Are you working for the KKK?!"

@MichaelSta74381 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi Have to disagree with you. Adrenaline can carry you 90 minutes and more. If you've ever displayed your natural talent in front of 20k plus fans chanting your name and watching your every move, you would understand. Lack of pride lost the match. Go go club and no sleep didn't.
English

@cosmo876 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi Adrenaline cant be quantified or measured so there's no accurate way of using it in an argument. Also, it for sure doesnt last 90 minutes. Additionally, there's also adrenaline dump and your body is then going to have to rely on reserves, from previous training, diet, sleep etc
English

@MichaelSta74381 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi Understanding sports psychology will help you better understand the outcomes of matches. Indiscipline could be linked with lack of national pride. Most of the players are either foreigners or too young to remember the magical feeling of 1998.
English

@cosmo876 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi I'm going to ignore the physiology part bcuz that straight up makes zero sense. But in regards to the draw, no it's not the sole reason for the draw, it's one of a multitude. However, it highlights the indiscipline or lack of care within the camp.
English

@MichaelSta74381 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi Adrenaline and 35k packed in the stadium makes you forget about bring sleepy. The greatest athletic performances in history have come from athletes on hang overs, highs, and more. It's a natural talent. Sleep helps, but it's not the reason for the draw.
English

@cosmo876 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi There's no way you just said "regardless of sleep". You think someone can rock up on a few hours sleep and perform at peak efficiency?
English

@Professorbob876 @rn_livi High school and professional sports are the apples and oranges. It was just another day at the office for them Tuesday. Athletes have short memories. Move on and win the next one.
English

@MichaelSta74381 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi And to answer your statement about the body...a professional athlete's body is always at peak efficiency during season, regardless of sleep, party, etc. In their mind, Tuesday's match physically and mentally was No different than any other match. Same 90 minutes of wear and tear
English

@cosmo876 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi Not even remotely the same, does his job require his body to be functioning at peak efficiency? Somebody can sort files unfit and tired, footballers can't play tired
English

@MichaelSta74381 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi Remember, as athletes, you're paid to play the sport to the best of your ability. As fans, you pay your money and expect a certain outcome based on emotions and financial stake. Win lose or draw, they still got paid.
English

@MichaelSta74381 @Professorbob876 @rn_livi As a former ncaa D1 athlete in the early 2000s, I understand the situation. If clubbing 2 days before gameday will negatively affect your performance, then you don't go. JA lost to Curacao in the first meetup. Tied in round 2. Improvement? YES. The outcome we as fans wanted? No.
English

@Professorbob876 @rn_livi You have never been to a party 2 days before reporting to work?
English

@rn_livi but the funny thing is its our local ballers ago out a party and all sorts of things when dem fi lock in and focus
English

@_mythile @FindALunatic @TheHoopCentral @NBA Moving or not, refs not going to call that in that situation. Horrible defence. Should have switched all screens and protected the pain/basket with only .4 left. Terrible defence.
English

@FindALunatic @TheHoopCentral @NBA That's a moving screen, and in situations like this, refs can't let this slide. They need to make these calls more in important moments and stop letting blatant fouls go like this one. I feel the same way about excessive traveling or blatant offensive fouls.
