We are moving the state of our incorporation from Delaware to Nevada. It used to be a no-brainer to start a company and incorporate in Delaware. That’s no longer the case. Why we're moving (and why you should consider too): - Business Judgment Rule: Delaware’s rule is based on judicial decisions and can change. I'm a senior In rural WV who used telehealth once during Covid. Never again. The doctor was rude, dressed inappropriately (looked like she was wearing pajamas) and was treating me from what looked like her bedroom. I get that some find it convenient, but it's not a replacement for one on one treatment. WV needs to invest in more healthcare facilities and find ways to attract healthcare providers. @SenCapito @JimJustice_WV @wvgovernor @WVGOP @wvdemocrats
