That's why there ARE professional translators, there has been proof made for fans that still keep the joke in different lenguages. It CAN work.

For instance, Kris is nonbinary and doesn't use gendered pronouns. The problem that arises is French, Spanish, etc are gendered languages that lack gender neutral pronouns.
