@vivax74 @ABsteward According to EUCAST, Pseudomonas is always SDD (breakpoint for S is 0.001 if I remember correctly), which means therapy is always high dose, standard dose would be 12g/day.

@ABsteward What is pipTaz high dose? We already use 4.5g qds i.v. for a sensitive Pseudomonas. Do we go six times a day? 😁

If all you want to do is bulk RNAseq you shouldn't be doing short reads anyways.

Anyone not excited but the possibilities opened by the novaseq X does not understand sequencing or is charged way too much by their sequencing partners.
