@Tonjuxer @progXprog @kosa64 Nie do końca rozumiem co chcesz przekazać i co Steam Machine ma tutaj do rzeczy. Helix będzie korzystało z pełnego Windowsa, ale sprzętowo Microsoft dalej projektuje to jako konsolę. Gry będą pisane pod jedną platformę jaką jest Windows

Już teraz gry na Xboxa to programy Win32 zabudowane z użyciem GDK i zapakowane do specjalnego obrazu. Helix kompletnie usunie bariery i gry będą pisane pod Win11

@progXprog @kosa64 AMAZON PRIME VIDEO w sobie w jednej subsrybcji masz AMAZON LUNA CHMURKA są dość solidne pozycje teraz na upartego sub na rok i 500 godzin przed ekranem. Trzeba tylko mieć kontroler i Chromebooka (ChromeOS Chrome Browser wspiera nawet te 4 GB RAMu dla jaj)

@jaaviii_r @Prod_Philosophy @xdadevelopers Windows itself precaches data to ram in case it needs them and it also allows system services to work with the resources available to it. It scales depending on the available amount of. Then there might be third party software running as well

@deploybarabsz @Prod_Philosophy @xdadevelopers What operations does Windows do that it needs that much resources? Also, may I tell you those operations seem to be infinite because even after a long time the computer has booted, it still continues to use 30 or 40% of the installed RAM.

Ubuntu 26.04 now needs more RAM than Windows 11, which says more about Microsoft than Canonical bit.ly/3PQeMft
