Today I visited Zubeen da’s residence in Kahilipara, Guwahati, to offer my condolences to his wife Garima Saikia Garg and his loved ones. Guwahati lies in silence, mourning a loss that feels too heavy to bear. Along with his family, countless well-wishers and fans are grieving deeply, bound together by their love for him. May his family find strength in this difficult hour, and may his music continue to inspire and guide us for generations to come.

@AirIndiaX This is no longer an isolated incident, this is a systemic issue as the flights often get delayed. We know all about the policies of the airline but the staff should also be sensitised about the rights of the passengers including with disabilities like me, they are inept

I had a terrible experience with the AIX ground staff at guwahati airport. For our 7:30 AM flight, they informed us about its prolonged departure at 6:30 Am when we are sitting near the boarding gate, that too after a standoff with the ground staff wherein they misbehaved with me

@AirIndiaX Thank you for replying but the flight is still stationary and it’s past 9 as I write this. Probably it will take off only by 9:21 AM as earlier stated and only brought us all in so as to not let things escalate

@AirIndiaX Your ground staff has been incompetent and rude to say the least, please check that first. Your ground staff here is threatening us and saying that we should cancel our bookings if we have an issue with your airline’s incompetence

Living with a disability in India is like playing life on "hard mode" with no cheat codes. The cost of disability can range from 12% to 26% of a household's monthly consumption, thanks to overpriced assistive devices, inaccessible public transport, and health care that eats up 20-30% of total household expenses. Meanwhile, government support is about as useful as a chocolate teapot—pensions max out at ₹300 per month, and only 4% of disabled people even qualify for them. So yeah, being disabled in India isn't just expensive; it's a masterclass in surviving systemic neglect.
