Hey @posthog I'm doing an audit of my PostHog Billable Usage across my react-native app and I noticed that my "$identify" event count was abnormal. Is this common? Do you have any recommendations / docs in how I could reduce this "$identify" call?

@ctatedev Cool is it platform agnostic? Could it work on react native?

→ creatine daily → track your lifts → train with intensity → nutrient dense diet → walk 10k steps daily → sleep like it’s your job → disregard meal timing → don’t cut out fats or carbs → lift heavier month to month → follow one plan for 12 weeks → keep form tight on every rep → nail your daily protein target → stop changing up your workouts → rest 2–3 minutes on compounds → focus on consistency over perfection

Building muscle isn’t about workouts being harder every time — just a little smarter. Week 1: 100 lbs × 8 Week 2: 100 lbs × 9–10 Week 3: 105 lbs × 8 That’s progressive overload. Small wins add up. 💪

@ZorpProbin @SamaHoole His form is fine - room for improvement of course but that can be said for everything. Post is solid advice!

Hypertrophy training is simple:⠀ ⠀ 1. Pick compounds that load target muscles through their best ROM⠀ 2. 4-6 reps per set, 2-3 sets per exercise⠀ 3. Take sets close to mechanical failure (0-2 RIR)⠀ 4. Rest 3-5 minutes between sets⠀ 5. Progressive overload: add weight or reps when possible⠀ 6. Train each muscle 2-3x per week⠀ 7. Eat adequate protein (1.6-2g per kg bodyweight)⠀ 8. Sleep 7-9 hours⠀ 9. Repeat for years⠀ ⠀ That's it. That's the entire sport.⠀ ⠀ Everything else: tempo, exercise variety, metabolic stress, pump, soreness, volume landmarks, these are just empty noise.⠀ ⠀ Don't lose sight of what actually moves the needle.

@DigitalTeg35543 @vasilevbrand Training full body is the way to go if that's the case. Pick stable compound lifts - 1-2 top sets, heavy close to failure. Can get out of the gym in 45-1hr

did 40 dips in one go. 2 months before, I could barely do 10. progressive overload works. every single time.

Time under tension is a red herring. If TUT mattered, planks would build massive abs. They don't. Because there's no progressive overload of mechanical tension. A 5-rep set takes 15 seconds. A 15-rep set takes 45 seconds. Both can produce the same hypertrophy if taken near failure. Why? Because the growth happens from the mechanical tension in the hard reps, not from the duration. You can hold a light weight for 60 seconds and get zero growth. You can lift a heavy weight for 15 seconds and grow significantly. Time doesn't build muscle. Tension builds muscle. Stop counting seconds. Start counting proximity to failure.
