Meet Ananth Kumar Hegde. Bro was a former union Minister in Modi's government & was known as Hindutva Firebrand. Bro has now reached High Court to take down his son's name in Riots case. Bro is saying his son is studying in Foreign and this case will affect his education. After ruining countless children's life by pushing them to Hindutva hatred now he wants his son to be safe. Shame on him.

Joe Kent 🇺🇸: "America's 18 intelligence agencies, all agreed that Iran had no capacity to develop a nuclear bomb" 🤯 "But that Israel was telling us that they would be able to assemble ten bombs in two weeks" This man has got so much courage on his side. Mumbaikars, you should never forget the fact that this thookpatti solution was first proposed in 2014, and a train even ran with automatic closing doors in 2015. Then the idea was floated again in 2019 before being killed off again. The railways themselves scrapped the plan because they knew how insufferably hot it would get inside. The company contracted to make the doors backtracked from the deal because they thought they would get a bad rap if an untoward incident happened inside a train with one of their closed doors.. IR had more than a decade to move to fully air conditioned trains. Instead, their babus and the rail ministry chose to sit around and do nothing as 7 to 10 people continued to die EVERY DAY on Mumbai's rail tracks . In any other civilized nation, this would be a national fucking emergency, but not here in India. In that same decade that Mumbai;'s rail babus discussed automatic closing doors, an entire RRTS route was conceptualized, DPRd, constructed, and operationalized in NCR. Now, the railways want you to wait for AC trains to arrive sometime in the 2030s. You will probably need to wait another 2 decades before the entire suburban network is access controlled. -You are the country's financial capital -You deserve more accountability from the minsters and the babus. -You deserve traveling in air conditioned local trains with dignity. -You deserve trains that take you to office and then back home in one piece This is 2026. Commuting to work should not feel like a survival exercise.

Trains of India 🇮🇳@trainwalebhaiya

So, Mumbai’s new non-AC local with automatic doors uses the same body as AC locals… just without AC. Feels like going backwards, first AC trains, now converting them into non-AC versions. Why not just roll out more AC trainsets? 🤔🚆

factory workers in noida asking for overtime pay and fixed hours, the most basic labour demands, are now being labelled as naxals, pakistani agents and anti nationals yes, we’re so doomed as a nation and the denial is stronger than the reality

At the heart of Noida industrial protests is the hasty implementation of the four Labour Codes by the Centre on Nov 21,2025. work-hours increased to 12 hours, leaving the contractual workers in a lurch, add to this the LPG price-rise. They hoped some respite from April 1, which never came. Read this important perspective by @jigeesham in The Hindu thehindu.com/news/national/…

This is a real problem. In the days of print, because whole newspapers & mags were preserved in archives, & each publication usually kept its own record, we could find all our published work years later. That's no longer the case. My own work has disappeared from the internet

DEAR HONORABLE JUSTICES OF THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA: Am I right in interpreting your order as follows: 34 lakh voters, who may be ALL OR MANY OR MAJORITY OR A FEW, but legitimate voters with full adult franchise rights, may potentially be barred from voting in the West Bengal elections, because their “ adjudication” will not be completed??? How is that fair? Don’t the 34 lakh voters have their fundamental right to vote being stolen from them? This is a mockery of democracy, is it not??? Why was the Election Commission not able to resolve this well ahead in time? Shouldn’t the West Bengal elections be postponed till the adjudication process is completed? RIP Indian democracy!

Dragging an RTI activist out of a public office (R/South BMC Ward) for seeking information is not just misconduct it is a direct violation of the Right to Information Act, 2005 and an abuse of power. Are public servants now above the law? Is asking for information a crime? This is a serious attack on transparency and democratic rights. Immediate independent inquiry, suspension of responsible officials, and strict action under law is necessary. @mybmc @mybmcWardRS @MumbaiPolice @KandivaliPS @CMOMaharashtra @mieknathshinde @Devendra_Office #RTI #AbuseOfPower #Transparency #Accountability Video by @swarnipradesh

When I think of Lok Sabha strength being increased from 543 to 850, my first thought is not smaller constituencies, more responsive representatives, and all that. It is - 307 more VIPs. That many more entitled rulers, free tickets, perks, security, expense, sigh.

A 71-year-old widow in Jaipur got a call from "her bank." "Ma'am, your account has been compromised. Please share your OTP to secure it." She shared it. ₹3.8 lakh — her entire savings — gone in 4 minutes. She went to the bank branch the next morning. The manager said: you shared the OTP. We are not responsible. She went home. She stopped eating properly. Her son said she kept saying "maine galti ki" — I made a mistake. She filed a complaint anyway. The Banking Ombudsman ruled: the bank's fraud detection system had failed. A transaction of this size, pattern and speed should have triggered an automatic alert. It didn't. Bank ordered to refund ₹3.8 lakh in full. She didn't make a mistake. The bank's system did. A 71-year-old woman blamed herself for 8 months. A court told her she was wrong to do so. Save this post. If you lose money to a phone fraud — file with your bank in writing within 3 days. Then file with the Banking Ombudsman at bankingombudsman.rbi.org.in. The bank's liability doesn't end just because you shared an OTP.
