Random people will sometimes accuse me of being a simp or lying to curry favor with women, but the truth is I just genuinely like women a ton and can empathize with the positive and negative aspects of their experiences. But what's much more interesting to me is the way those sorts of attacks point at this deeper cultural attitude where if you're a man you're not supposed to like or care about women and if you're a woman you're not supposed to like or care about men. Can we be real with each other for a moment? Like can we be so for real? That's a GIANT load of miserable loser horseshit. It's such a false narrative, and it's mostly perpetuated by people who are single and unhappy and who frankly seem to have no ability to model theory of mind for the opposite sex whatsoever. As part of this false narrative the people who believe in it are always trying to find ways to imply that you should be punished for being a "gender traitor." Simping and "pick me girl" accusations are two sides of the same coin, ways of trying to kick people back into alignment with a cultural matrix that claims "men and women are adversaries with zero-sum relationships." As if all dicks belong in the Great Gulag of Shame or pussy is some kind of Marxist collective and your vision of a beautiful utopia is being blocked by a lack of labial class-consciousness. lol. lmao, even. Anyways, one part of what's great about liking women as a man is that it inherently comes with a certain level of self-respect in terms of who you date and entertain relationships with. You'll never catch me with a girl who hates men because I would immediately feel the lack of reciprocity and that is a HUGE turn-off. Like you can sense when somebody's approach to a relationship is "you are a lake and I am going to find out how to extract your resources" versus "we are both powerful bodies of water and we are going to merge and mix and exchange freely." (🫦) Based on everything I've seen about the kinds of relationships that women who unabashedly like men are having, the same is true on their end too. At the end of the day, men and women each have unique attributes and essences that the other wants and deeply desires. And that's beautiful. That's HOT. It's a fundamental law of the universe which points directly at the truth of how men and women are SUPPOSED to be treating and relating to each other. So set the shame and the culture aside and embrace how good it feels to give someone else exactly what they want. You will not be punished. In fact, you will most likely be rewarded. A truth we've lost contact with culturally is that sexual desire is most potent as the abandonment of both shame and reason. Devour and be devoured, possess and be possessed type of beat. Nobody is masturbating to something that feels like a negotiation. And each of us as individuals can make the choice of embracing and celebrating that or viewing it with resentment and suspicion, but what's important is that it is a choice. No matter what kind of a story people try to put around it to pretend otherwise, it is a choice.
