Hey Sean, I’m trying to convince NYers to come to PA instead of Florida. You might not want to make Florida look more attractive than PA 🤭 I hear ya on Philly. It’s a little rough around the edges but once you get past the first few dates, she’s a beauty. One of the best cities in the world!

I pay $18,000 a year for one child in the Philly metro area. Not a dime from taxpayers. Believe it or not that’s not even close to a higher cost one around here at $27,000 a year. We are talking daycare and pre-k. We’ve been printing money for decades. So you have to make more money to stay ahead of inflation. I think people that can do math are having less kids. I feel bad for my younger relatives I’m a capitalist but this 2 party monopoly blows.

The cost of child care has risen to about $13,000 a year. So my governor promises FREE day care. But day care costs more BECAUSE of government! Nothing government does is free:

Keep rocking it Jenn! PS I used to be a spinning instructor. Id teach a couple of classes a week after work. Id wear a rate monitor. Warming up and cooling down is a huge part of the equation for any workout.

@boringcompany If you could make a tunnel/new road under I-76 (aka The Schuylkill) in Philly, you would be a local legend! If The Boring Company can fix this problem, I’m certain it can fix almost any traffic problem.

Reminds me a little bit of Italian water ice. The place I go to in Philly uses fresh lemon for the lemon flavor. And maraschino cherry juice for the cherry flavor. My favorite is lemon. But as a kid I’d add a little cherry flavor in my lemon to mix things up. Now as an adult I’m wanting to try this with some amaretto!

Do you think storm photos would be a welcome addition to my content? I’ve shot them before but nothing too serious I was thinking about setting up near major storm cells and capturing stars/lightning like this in a more polished way This was captured in 2022 in Arizona.

I have a Weber Kettle and I also have a Weber Genesis E-415 (4 burner). A little pricey but a great workhorse with lots of room if you are hosting. The grates are easy to clean too. I grill 2-3+ times a week year round. Even in the Northeast snow. I highly recommend the Weber Genesis E-415!

I finally need to replace my propane grill. So, for fun, I searched best propane grills. It better cook by itself and serve me a drink.

Damn right it is! @coffeeblackmd come on, you drink black coffee. How do you not like sauerkraut? Maybe you’ve tried some bad stuff…. I’m not fully saying drinking black coffee equates to liking sauerkraut. But, if you can find the joy in black coffee like I do, you can find the joy in a really good sauerkraut.

It's insane to me that most Americans can't even comprehend metric units and Celsius without converting. I understand it's not the system used, but it IS the international system, used in all scientific fields and ~every other country. Useful to at least instill the basics.
