🌟 I'm super excited to announce the launch of our user groups module on @eventyio. Over the past year, @riasvdv and I worked hard on building this and we're happy to now be able to share that with all of you 🚀

If you are on a Mac and you use different LLM model providers, this tiny app from @steipete is quite useful 🤩

You're already on GitHub. Your repos are already there. Sign-up shouldn't be the hard part. GitHub SSO now live on Laravel Cloud.

@ercsctt @branickweix @jasonlbeggs Deploying a branch doesn't gives you any assurance that the thing you're deploying is the same commit that was tested. Deploying the commit sha does.
English

@ercsctt @branickweix @jasonlbeggs It's much safer to deploy specific commits instead of branches. You can already do this today on Cloud. Here's how I've set this up for Laravel.io and I use the same approach for all my apps.

“Hey… I can’t ⌘F in the env dashboard settings.”
Monday morning from @jasonlbeggs:
“Check again.” 🚀
Thank you!

Last week, we migrated the @filamentphp website and demos to @laravelphp Cloud. It was my first time using it, and I am so genuinely impressed by how polished the whole experience is. We're seeing 2-3x faster responses than our old VPS setup too 🏆 Great job, Laravel team!

Managing your own database server is often the hardest part of self-hosting. Forge now handles it for you.

@matthieunapoli What helped a ton for me was to install an agent directly on the VPS like codex to debug some of these issues.
English

I don't know how your OpenClaw experience is, but to me it is extremely sub-par:
- set up is extremely hard and complex
- things fail all the time, and OC explains I need to enable this or that (settings with cryptic names) and then half the time the setting actually doesn't work or even exists
I don't understand how it can be so popular tbh. I spent a lot of time trying to get it right, but almost nothing ever works, and I understand 5% of what I'm doing.
If you thought you were falling behind by not using it, you're good. IMO don't waste time on it unless you're clearly looking to tinker.
Anyone who builds a working thing for dummies like me: take my money.

@LazyCoda @marcelpociot @getpolyscope @beyondcode @conductor_build Uses herd to generate workspace urls so you can navigate the projects independently. Integrates with Nightwatch MCP to start workspaces from issues.
English

@driesvints @marcelpociot @getpolyscope @beyondcode @conductor_build How is it deeeper integrated? Curious since it just CC under the hood?
English

After two weeks of playing with it I can say @getpolyscope is now my default experiencing when building applications. I never thought something could change me from VS Code but @beyondcode knocked it out of the park.
