Once again, I'm thinking about switching back to @sketch from @figma. When exporting the same image, we get different results (for some reason, Figma anti-aliases pixels where it's not needed). Plus, Sketch can export images in .webp format out of the box.

@ryanwebdev That’s a bummer man. I kinda get it though. I’ve been on a half dozen podcasts where my episode never got published cuz the show fizzled out after 3-4 episodes. Most people don’t know how not rewarding podcasting usually is/feels.

Well that was discouraging. I was wanting to start a podcast interviewing other devs who started businesses. Of everyone I talked to I got 1 yes, 1 once you have x episodes, and lots of non responses.

@jackmcdade You'll want to look for devices that can be flashed, often with an ESP32 Sonoff makes good hardware. Check esphome.io for a bit more DIY also many of the Homekit or Matter devices don't need internet

@r00k Absolutely. It’s important to take pride and ownership in stewarding your home and possessions. Not everything should be transactional.

Is it in some way good for you to do chores like laundry or dishes even if you could trivially afford to outsource those tasks?
