Then they gave “We The People” the ability to enforce it via the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution. 27 words, ONE sentence, to make sure its meaning could not be misinterpreted.

There was a “city” in Broward County Fl., called Hacienda village. From 1949- 1984 it averaged 8,000 tickets a year on a 5 mile stretch of then St. Rd 84.
