@VZWSupport I ordered a new phone and entered the correct ship address but somehow they sent it to a wrong address. I called support for 1.5 hrs and the best they could do was cancel the order. Now have to wait for it to cancel before ordering again. Current phone is broken too!

@united my flight UA 34 from Osaka to San Francisco was held for nearly 2 hours as we sat on the tarmac waiting for the gate to be available. And this was after we were delayed for takeoff while in Osaka for another 50 minutes because of some faulty alarm.

@united The luggage was a carry-on that had to be checked because there was no more space.

@united Yes I did. Furthermore, not only is it at the wrong airport, the flight attendant attached the wrong passenger name tag to my carry-on.
