@Unabombaar Mozambicans are now being labeled as lazy people by ibos because they deported Ibo thieves 'doing business' in Mozambique. Who doesn't know some Ibo spare parts sellers are actually selling dismantled stolen vehicles? Ibos don cast worldwide. x.com/i/status/20388…

42 Igbo traders were arrested in Mozambique and accused of selling stolen car parts. They presented their documentation and receipts for the spare parts they sell, and the court granted them bail. yet the Mozambican government still deported them because the success of Ndi Igbo is an indication of the laziness of some Mozambicans. And @wode_maya expects African unity? Fvk African unity.

It's that last sentence for me, never believe it. When Ibibio Elders during the Civil war asked Ojuckwu to define the Ibibio interest for being part of briafra, the fraud said it was an husband and wife conversation, that it will be resolved after the war. They cunningly asked him the tribe that was husband /wife..he said Igbos are the husband & Ibibio wife's. We Almost entered one chance, smart Ibibio men, they had their answer. They knew this oppressor go finish them.... After pillaging our land, raping, abducting, claiming our identity by renaming our land. Ibibio Elders went to Lagos, did a deal, the rest is history, Akwa Ibom is breathing

The Oyos were also territorial and brutally aggressive. Kanuris were aggressive and territorial. Igalas were aggressive and territorial. The difference between the Fulanis and the rest was that, they stopped while Fulanis continued. Once everybody reactivates and confronts them, their monopoly of madness will be crushed. Pacifism is for losers!

@yoruba_firstt1 @AKakanfo @Eazzy_Ayo622121 Pioneering Islam doesn't establish any links to Fulanis. Yorubas have been practicing Islam before Uthman Dan Fodiyo grandfather ever was born. Yorubas are pioneers of moderate islam in Nigeria. I think those families you mentioned are ancestrally Yorubas. Not sure though.

Every proper and sound Yoruba historian is aware. Every polity that emerged out of the Oyo empire had a huge Hausa, Kanuri, Nupe and Baruba settlers. I have said this on countless occasions that Yoruba is a civilisation state especially on the Western axis of Yorubaland which was forged via war and brutal assimilation.

How it happened. trouble started between the Deji and Igbo residents, following the installation of an Igbo man as the chairman of one of the markets in Akure by the Eze-Ndigbo. Oba Aladetoyinbo was said to have been angry, having felt that it was a taboo for an Igbo man to rule over a market in Akure. It was gathered that the Akure monarch immediately summoned Iloehike but that to his surprise, the Eze-Ndigbo wore his crown to the Deji’s palace, an action said to be against the tradition of Akure. Irked by his attitude and responses to allegations leveled against him, the Chiefs and some youths who were in the palace ordered him to remove his crown. Deji of Akure was said to have suspended him from parading himself as Eze-Ndigbo. This development sent a wrong signal to the Igbo residents, who mobilized themselves to the palace, ordering the Deji to reverse his earlier statement on Iloehike. But they were unlucky as Akure youths flogged them out of the palace. Since the incident occurred on Tuesday, the Igbos, who dominate the Oba-Adesida road have refused to open for business. Rather, on Wednesday morning, they converged on their secretariat located at Gbogi Street, Akure as early as 7.00am and warned the Akure monarch against his plan to dethrone the Eze Ndigbo. They insisted that the traditional ruler had no power to dethrone Iloehike. The embattled Eze Ndigbo explained that he had not been rude to the Deji of Akure since he ascended the throne about six months ago, adding that he contributed immensely to the installation of the monarch. According to him “the Deji called me around 8.48pm last sunday inviting me to his palace and I honoured his invitation on monday morning. I went with one of my Chiefs, but when I got to the palace, I saw youths numbering over 200 who started shouting as I entered. I suspected that the youths were mobilized by the monarch and I showed respect to the Deji by prostrating for him. “The monarch while addressing me at his palace threatened to drive all the Igbos in Akure out of the city and when I asked for the offence my people committed, the youths at the palace descended on me. They tore my beads and removed my crown. They attempted to beat me but the Police officers at the Palace rescued me.”. Ask the idiooot, how could you come to Akure palace with crown in your head as Ibo in Yorubaland?..🤣🤣🤣 The Eze Ndigbo said the invitation by the monarch was the first he would receive from him since the monarch ascended the throne, pointing out that Igbos had been living harmoniously in Akure for over 70 years without friction with the natives.. see werey dey kneel down after floggin...

They want to divide us along religious and tribal lines. They want us fighting each other while they hide behind the chaos. And sadly, they are getting exactly what they want. But Nigeria is bigger than their agenda. We must wake up, stand united, and refuse to be used against one another. This is not a religious war, it is a deliberate attempt to break our unity. If we don’t see it for what it is, the madness continues. If we do, we take back our country. 🇳🇬

This is why you cannot use Eastern Yoruba philosophy to generalise Western Yoruba ideology, It’s totally different. There is no brutal war machine in western axis of West Africa like the Oyo empire. It established dominions and vassalages up till Ghana. Yorubas are empire builders and imperialists. No apologies for that. You cannot leave Ife and go and create dominion in Benin if you are not an imperialist. This is why this kind of rhetoric must be challenged. Ibadan was also a republican empire. When I raised the alarm that there was an intention to erase the real history of the Oyo empire for what it is, some people thought I was overstating facts. Here you have it. This is social engineering at its peak. They want to make a martial race to turn to a race of weaklings in order to suit their docile narratives. No Calvary in West Africa was as great as the Oyo empire.
edmund obilo@eobilo

Unlike the Fulanis, Yorubas don't have the capacity to establish dominion over others Unlike the Fulanis, Yoruba's are not empire builders or imperialists

🇳🇬🗣️ Professor laments arrests of northern politicians, says no Yoruba man has been taken by EFCC A professor, Yusuf Usman, has expressed concern over what he described as a disparity in the arrest of political figures by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), claiming that no Yoruba man has been taken by the anti-graft agency while several northern politicians have faced detention. "We have not seen a single Yoruba man grabbed by EFCC. Tambuwal, myself, Malami, and El-Rufai are all Fulanis and have all been arrested, but Yorubas are saints. People are watching," he said.

My anger is when people reactions are disingenuous. Was I the only one that was in that Pan Africanism discussion? Why are we blaming solely South Africans and not the people that stired the pot? South Africans are extremely Xenophobic but, the blame does not fall solely on their Xenophobia this time around. These people know absolutely nothing about any Nigerian culture, talkless Igbo. A Nigerian, a Yoruba precisely, was the person who came on a discussion about Pan Africanism to rant about Igbos installing a king in SA as a way to redirect the discussion away from what the Yoruba king in Ghana said that Yoruba are indigenous of Ghana and can vote and rule Ghana. Blaming South Africans solely is being disingenuous. Those people are Xenophobic, violent and constantly looking for any avenue to attack and loot other African businesses in their country....No denying that. But this is not the first time Nri-Ji has happened in South Africa, neither will it be the last. A question you all need to ask is what changed in this one? One thing changed in this Nri-Ji and one thing alone...a Nigerian went on a discussion and ranted it is coronation of an Igbo king. The funny thing is their are Yoruba claiming to be Obas and Aares in South Africa. They even have a social group where they claimed to be descendants in SA. Let them don't worry. All of that will be made aware to every SA Xenophones groups including how many of their kings have traveled to SA to coronation of the Yariba Obas, Aare and "royal fathers" in that SA
SizZzle. 😎🇳🇬@n6oflife6

THERE WAS NO FUCKING KING CORONATION. IGBOS GATHERED TO CELEBRATE NRI-JI CULTURAL DAY & XENOPHOBIC SOUTH AFRICANS STARTED A LIE & TURNED THE VENUE INTO VIOLENCE. Today’s actions Must Be Strongly Condemned and Every Perpetrator will be Dealt with. Read the Actual Report. 😡🇳🇬
