So I just called a @GrabSG ride for my helper and my elderly dad, who is in a wheelchair. My helper took some time transferring him from the wheelchair to the car because he was unable to stand on his own. And what do we get for that extra effort? An additional $3 charge! How wonderful! Thanks for really prioritizing the elderly, Grab! Truly impressive. @InsideGrab

@GrabSG @GrabSG there’s a trick at Changi Airport pickup. Drivers jam themselves at the start of the pick up driveway n trigger waiting time surcharge. The actual pick up point is clear. So the pax pays $5 even though they are waiting for the driver. @grabsg do something to cancel this.

Earlier today, we had a system error that resulted in Grab's app displaying unusually high prices. We know this was an unwelcome surprise, and we sincerely apologise for this. The error was due to a misconfigured fee, which was corrected within 20 minutes. While Grab's safeguards automatically prevented most bookings with incorrect charges from going through, we did find some users who were affected by today's incident. For every user who was affected, we've already processed full refunds for the incorrect charges as of 9pm today. We are doing everything to learn from this so it doesn't happen again. Our customers trust us with their daily needs and we don't take this for granted. If something doesn’t seem right, please reach out via DM so we can help resolve it. Thank you for your patience and understanding on this.

@GrabSG We were taken to the WRONG destination (Orchard Rd instead of Little India), still charged $27, and only offered $5 compensation. I then had to pay AGAIN to reach where I originally booked. This isn’t acceptable… I request a full refund. Please resolve.

@GrabSG for some reason has no ability to connect to a live agent. The AI bot basically says here is the three problem statements I can offer to identify, otherwise ‘thank you’. No human interface that can actually help and no phone to contact other than for fraud. #poor

I had an issue last night in Bangkok when I ordered a car to pick me up from downtown to take me back to my place, the key was left most likely in the cab when I took out my phone. It was in the same pocket. It was probably in the backseat and I tried contacting the driver immediately and he did not respond.

Something fishy with Grab gift vouchers. My usual fare to work is $16-19 so I thought I’d have 10 days of paying only $6-9 with $10 vouchers. But NO, until I finished the vouchers, all fares have been $27-$34! And now the fare is back to $19. Same time every day!
