I’ve been putting off posting this because I’m not looking for drama, engagement, or to publicly call anyone out. Back in April, I bought a course from a creator I genuinely respect. After going through part of it, I realized it wasn’t the right fit for me and requested a refund within the stated refund window. I was told the refund would be processed and was asked to send my bank details, which I did. It’s now been over two months with no update despite multiple emails and messages. I’ve heard they’re likely taking some time away, which is completely understandable, but disappearing for two months after agreeing to a refund doesn’t seem right. I’m not sharing any names. I’m simply hoping this somehow reaches them, because I’m still waiting for the refund that was approved back in April.
