@GHoundBusHelp Bus this past Friday night from Pittsburgh to NYC was cancelled after 4 hours of waiting in the terminal. I ended up sleeping on the floor of the terminal overnight waiting for information from the employees.

@GHoundBusHelp I DMed already and I called your customer service. The woman in customer care offered a measly $50 voucher and then when she went to process it said "I can't hear you, hello hello hello? Please call back again..." then hung up on me. Worst customer service experience ever.

Any follow-up? Customer service at the terminal has no information...

@GreyhoundBus @GHoundBusHelp GLI3281 has been delayed for over 2 hours, and the PIT-NYC bus before it was also delayed for over 2 hours. What's the deal, and what's being done about this??
