🇺🇸 ARIZONA LEADS U.S. CRYPTO CHARGE WITH BOLD BILLS
Arizona is making a bold move with SB1042 and SB1649 passing the House Rules Committee on March 31, 2026, now awaiting a full House vote.
SB1042 permits up to 10% of select public funds into assets like $BTC, while SB1649 establishes a state -managed Digital Assets Reserve for seized crypto.
Arizona is setting a precedent for state-level crypto integration.

🇺🇸 ARIZONA DIGITAL ASSET RESERVE BILL ADVANCES Arizona’s Digital Assets Strategic Reserve Fund bill (SB1649) cleared the Senate Finance Committee in a 4–2 vote ; and now heads to the Rules Committee before a potential full Senate vote. Eligible assets include Bitcoin $BTC, $XRP, DigiByte, and stablecoins. If enacted, Arizona would become one of the first U.S. states to formalize a strategic digital asset reserve : a major signal for state-level crypto adoption. 🟢 Next stop: Rules Committee → full Senate → House → Governor approval.
