Sozo Holdings is the Dallas-based Private Equity group behind Strike Photonics, the next-generation photonic semiconductor company building a Photonic Semiconductor Chip Fab right here in the United States. Moving past traditional chips, Photonic chips utilize photons (particles of light) instead of the electrons traditionally used in semiconductor chips.
