@ShopifySupport You can email the account owner. X Dm is not going to solve this. The account email needs to be given an update. It is now Tuesday afternoon and we opened this issue up last week.

Anyone have experience using @Shopify shop labels through USPS reported as fraudulent? Batch of labels purchased last week through their API were reused tracking numbers with prior shipping/delivery scans. Current labels not scanned. Local office explained fraud. Packages in evidence and not coming back. @shopify need human support now and value of goods compensated. This is a bad look to our customers.

@j_alpine_ @Shopify It’s been a known issue over the last couple of weeks. Check the Shopify customer forums and you’ll see.

@destineybleu @Shopify No. One customer said they got their order but Usps claims all packages will sit in investigation. Like a black hole. We have a lot of packages affected.

I just sat on the phone with USPS for 30 minutes only for them to tell me that they have no status information available and that on their end, one of the labels isn’t even reading the same delivery addy as the label I have. What a nightmare 👹

We had a chat initiated last week. You spun it out for us to contact USPS. When we did, they claimed there are frequent issues with APIs using fraudulent labels ie recycled tracking #s. These labels were purchased through Shopify shipping. Your team should resolve this and not send us out chasing dead ends. Clients need their orders and if these packages are now gone - we need inventory reimbursed. There has been no status update on the ticket and we need to address the clients last week.

I honestly feel sick every time I pull into my driveway now. My neighbor suddenly installed this huge metal fence directly on our property line and I had absolutely NO warning it was happening. One day everything felt open and normal… the next day it looked like the entrance to a warehouse yard. I cannot explain how drastically it changed the feel of my home. What used to feel welcoming and open now feels cramped, cold, and boxed in. Every time I drive up, it’s like staring at a giant steel wall. And the part that really bothers me? Nobody said a word to me beforehand. No conversation. No heads up. No “hey, just letting you know.” Nothing. I understand people can do what they want on their property, but when you put up something THAT massive directly affecting your neighbor’s space, wouldn’t basic courtesy tell you to at least talk to them first? Maybe I’m overreacting, but it genuinely feels like my property changed overnight and I had zero say in it. What would you honestly do in this situation?

I was invited by Joe Rogan to do his show. He was interested in Bigfoot and Missing 411. We spoke about a lot of things. He asked a lot of questions about Bigfoot, ape, gorillas, DNA, etc. A bit over two and a half hours. The show airs tomorrow 5/19. It was fun and I enjoyed the conversation.

I’m realllly hoping that the clown pants aka barrel leg jeans trend is gone by the time fall comes so women can go back to wearing normal looking jeans. I’ve yet to see them look cute on anyone, including my 75yr old mother.
