@johnnystyles Last few years the only indicator of Gio getting old and slowing down is his habit of putting the knee out when he gets beat. I’ve watched at least 4 of those, so if it’s a close call, it’s likely Gio’s knee habit

Sounds like changes could be coming for NHL 3-on-3 OT. Lots of discussion about reducing puck possession, potentially by trying to make “half court” rules on circling back in your own zone.

@SteveDodd @wyshynski Don't forget the league wants a log jam in the standings for the playoffs. That way all the teams "have a chance" right up to near the end of the regular season.

@wyshynski As it is, with all of the puck hoarding via retreating back for a “reset”, a longer OT without a shootout just means more tie games. How exciting 🤮🙄
