The people booing at Anzac Dawn services weren’t just ordinary Aussies. They were an organised network of neo Nazis. Media will uncover this. This is who we are letting set the national agenda. Pls think about this before going on right now about wtc #auspol

@MyStep60669153 @k_mahlburg The last time the right was in power here was during Covid. So yeh. Can’t get any more ‘anti-democratic’ than the shit we put up with then. We still have govt employees working from bed in their pyjamas all day. That’s the direct legacy of the crap from that time.

@jp_hig @k_mahlburg Noticing a bad government should be common to all of us. I am curious what anti-democratic behaviour you've seen at the right in the last 4 yrs, in comparison to the left.

@DrCameronMurray This is incorrect. I did a tough 4 year degree that has since been a lifelong journey of reinforcement and interest. Hardly a time filler.

My opinion is that most university degrees are too long, and that everyone at universities knows this. In fact, they even know which subjects are fillers and could be dropped, and how to accelerate others. But their business is selling more subjects. How do we change this?

The Australian Constitution was built for the orderly governance of what was at the time essentially a collection of colonies. It’s not a grand statement of ideals, no sweeping freedoms, no inspiration. At the very least, it needs a Bill of Rights.

Avi Yemini has plans to register a new political party in Victoria: the “Free Palestine Party” The strategy? Exploit Vic’s group voting ticket system by directing preferences to OneNation, while relying on the party name itself to mislead pro-Palestine voters into backing it…

@ChavuraStephen @marchforaus @TheMcMullan Oh look. Yet another closet gay overcompensating by showing off their edgy white patriotic fervour. what the country needs is for young people to settle down in traditional families and have as many kids as possible. Not this.

That Nationals ad against One Nation is possibly the hardest thing they have ever run. Brutal. Direct. No ambiguity. And in Victoria, Jess Wilson’s Liberals are preferencing the same party. Absolutely damning contrast.

@jp_hig @k_mahlburg 35% is hardly a massive majority. If it weren't for the deceitful TEALS, Albo may have been retired in his $4.3 million house in Queensland instead of destroying Australia now.

@ellymelly It was all of them Elly. Left right democrat republican. They all drank the same kool aid. 70% of our iron ore goes to China. Scott Morrison was the only one in Australia in recent times that stood up to China. I give him credit for this. But it’s all too late now.

Free trade only works between countries of roughly equal human rights standards. Free trade against slavery and massive criminal corruption is a recipe for collapse. That's why it can be true that 'free trade' amongst Western allies and similar nations is beneficial. And also true that free trade with China and its like has ripped the economic heart out of the Western world and brought it to its knees.

@ausstockchick Bullshit. They’ll drop a truckload of cash add to our national debt and then bring in million migrants. Anything to avoid a recession.

Australia is one of the worst places to handle the inflation shock that’s coming. The Australian economy will need to have a downturn to get inflation to fall back towards the RBA’s target. The question is how big that downturn will be… Says a HSBC economist. #ausbiz

@senatorbabet Mate I’d be okay with this but people need to put their names to it. The anonymity of speech online is a concern. Yes I have an anonymous account.

I’m working to enshrine free speech in the Australian Constitution. Yet I’ve received almost no support from my fellow Senators. Think about that next time you’re asked to vote them back in. Bit by bit, they’re chipping away at all our rights, slowly, quietly, deliberately. At some point, you have to ask, when do we say enough? Wake up. Follow Senator Babet everywhere. @ellymelly The outrage that past Liberals have caused the current mess. And it’s not just Turnbull btw. Current Liberals need to acknowledge this in order to credibly turn a corner and win back trust.

@ellymelly Other key point is the assumption was based on cccp leaders in the 90s soft signalling they were open to supporting greater civil liberties. One could argue the whole thing was a trap set for the west.

@ellymelly The assumption was if we traded with China. Help them become rich. Their people will eventually demand freedoms and democracy like we have. We thought we were exporting freedom. This theory is yet to be proven correct. In fact xi has taken them the other way, more authoritarian
