Restoration of off-site power to Ukraine‘s ZNPP is underway after month-long outage, following completion of repairs of Dniprovska 750 kV line under a local ceasefire, DG @rafaelmgrossi said. @iaeaorg Mr Grossi, stop copying RU toxic disinformation as if Ukraine is targeting 750kV Dniprovska line. It is a lie. There is no UA shelling. Supporting RU war crimes is endangering nucl safety, thats not what you are supposed to be doing. Most cynical to brag about "negotiations"

Work has begun to repair damaged off-site power lines to ZNPP after 4-week outage, following establishment of local ceasefire zones to allow work to proceed, DG @rafaelmgrossi said. Restoration of off-site power is crucial for nuclear safety and security. Both sides engaged constructively with the IAEA to enable complex repair plan to proceed.

@jputte @iaeaorg @rafaelmgrossi I've found #IAEA statementsto be cagey about WHAT "repairs" are to happen. The recent disconnection was an opportunity for ruZZia to connect the NPP to their own grid. Has that putative effort been abandoned at this moment? Has reconnection to the UKR grid been undertaken?

@NAFOCaptRFScott @iaeaorg @rafaelmgrossi RU first destroying the 330kV Ferosplavna on 7May, then sabotage of 750kV Dniprovska on 23/9 was part of their strategy to connect ZNPP to RU controlled grid and re-start of reactor 6. It failed, so thats why RU let these lines to be restored (it seems, first see then believe!)

@iaeaorg @rafaelmgrossi IAEA is posting a picture of a 330kV line being repaired by Ukraine on right bank (in background 35kV) which is NOT on left bank (RU occupied) and NOT the 750kV line that was sabotaged by RU on 23 sept 2025. This line was damaged by RU shelling and out since 7 May 2025.
