So what's the lesson for businesses here? - Watch for grumbling and LISTEN to it. - Don't assume that because people have swallowed a price or service change that'll swallow another one. - Treat user trust as a finite asset. Because it is.




This got me racking my brain to think of "dev tools" (arbitrarily defined by me as "internal-facing software that improves dev productivity") that are widely adopted by both startups and enterprises. Maaybe GitHub, though it's far from a given in enterprise orgs? What else?
