@karasmarsh this stuff is so annoying; when i worked with the airbnb team on core design work for a bunch of their sub brands (with Koto supporting), Koto included my name in their collaborator credits when they shared the work, but none of the collaborators at airbnb did 🙃🔫

@PoliticsFollow6 @Darren_Mooney As a person who's dealt with not enough coverage on something, and a huge buffy fan, who does not really want a reboot, I can ostensibly see how Zhao's other work is vastly different with more orchestrated shots than the coverage required for a larger cast with btvs-style dialog.

When I hear the phrase “lacking coverage”, I think of Billy Wilder famously refusing to shoot coverage, because coverage was what the studio used when they wanted to screw him. Coverage makes hacking up a piece of media in the editting room a lot easier.

Millennials are the elite generation because they cranked out 12-page essays the night before they were due. No ChatGPT. No Claude. Just lo-fi beats playing in the background, Black coffee at midnight, footnotes that were somehow correct, and pure delusion. Grade was an A minus. Period.

Anyone who says “fake email jobs” seriously as a pejorative has never worked a serious corporate job in their lives. They have no idea. They are the target for the “day in the life” psyops. Their brains get scrambled. Serious operators see through it, unfazed.
