Some of us are a different breed.
I have been out of work now for nearly 2 years due to physical issues. I have been on benefits and it is the most harrowing and soul destroying experience of my life.
I am now partially able to get out and about and I have just secured a job to get me back on track.
Whilst I was ill I’ve been treated like absolute dog shit by the system. I don’t understand why anybody would want to be in that position just because they cant be bothered working. But it’s true, I’ve seen it first hand.
And yes, there are genuine people who can’t work. I lbw seen those first hand too.
I guess my pride won’t let me throw in the towel.
And that, is what we need to Restore. Pride. Pride in our country. Pride to make a difference so that we don’t wallow in a shit hole.
But I am “Gen X”, maybe that’s why I’m different.

I’m not interested in offering the British people confetti and fireworks. It’s empty, it’s patronising. We are so far past easy solutions.
Because what is necessary to fix our economy won’t be particularly pleasant.
And actually, I think voters know that. Politicians underestimate the intelligence of the people. We don’t.
Inflation isn’t just a fact of life. Food shops, tanks of fuel, pints, everything. It doesn’t always have to be more expensive. Political choices led us here, and they can also lead us out.
To grasp inflation, to finally cut the cost of living, to make the country financially viable.
None of that comes without pain.
So if you’re expecting an easy ride, don’t vote for Restore Britain. You’re not going to get it.
It will be a very bumpy road.
Not everyone’s going to like it - a lot of very lazy people have got very comfortable living off productive Britain. That will end, and they will not like it.
Restore Britain is a political party that is honest about what must lie ahead. There is no other way. Either this works, or it’s done.
We are offering a way out.
Because I refuse to leave a debt-ridden third world dump to my grandchildren. That’s why I’m doing this, that’s why Restore Britain exists. I hope you all feel the same way.

Over the past few months, I’ve put a significant amount of time, effort, and energy into helping build something I believed had real potential.
After a lot of thought, I’ve made the decision to step away from Advance UK
This isn’t a decision made lightly, and it’s not based on one moment or one issue. It comes down to wanting to make a difference matched by action, and effort actually has to lead to results.
I’ve had honest conversations at the top, and I want to be clear. There are good people involved, and I respect those I’ve worked with. I’m grateful for the opportunities I was given, particularly building in Teesside across 7 constituencies.
However, the points I raised over time at leadership level, while receiving some recognition, have led me to conclude I’m better suited to a different environment where I can be most effective.
For me, this is about being effective, not just involved. I still believe this country needs serious change... that hasn’t changed.
What has changed is where I believe that change can actually be delivered.
Going forward, I’ll be volunteering my time and skills to support @RestoreBritain_ 🇬🇧

I DON'T CARE. WE DON'T CARE. BRITAIN DOESN'T CARE ANYMORE. We have been rinsed for decades.
I'm a white woman who served in the Civil Service twice, I left ultimately because I was working in the Single Regeneration Budget that was funneling millions to local communities. Except those millions, from other contributors like the Community Development Foundation, the Home Office & CVS were simply paying other civil servants to rubber stamp a playground that cost, at most, £20k for the community. I challenged the spending, I challenged the budget we had because that was my job. The disparity was beyond belief: £200 on a park bench compared to the combined wage of £86k to approve it. I was so disgusted I resigned. I was invited to Bob McKee's office in Solihull MBC so he could explain why I needed to stay in the project. I had a community involvement/reach the government (local & national) had underestimated. They would even sack the Project Manager if I stayed. The authorities are so scared of us speaking out about corruption that they will pay millions to cover it up. I could have named my price & turn a blind eye. I left & became a bookies cashier in Knowle & Marston Green. Met Robbie Williams, Jasper Carrot & Peter Shilton. I doubt I'm alone, but I'm definitely the minority. Most are corrupted by the money offers.
