Pas d’explosion de conso (de 12 à 14 % max, hausse normale), pas plus d’accidents routiers sous cannabis, et surtout : -30 à -50 % d’infractions liées au shit, police libérée pour le vrai crime organisé. Le marché noir s’affaiblit, les produits sont testés, moins dangereux. Bref, la prohibition française protège personne – elle nourrit les dealers et laisse les jeunes avec des trucs toxiques. L’Allemagne montre que réguler marche mieux que punir : moins de chaos, plus de contrôle.
